Who woulda thunk it…. 

Here we are at our 5th birthday, many might have thought it wouldn't have come this far (well we knew it would… haters)
Its been an amazing ride so far, many great parties have slowly transformed our dance floor from a sturdy structure, into what could now be described as a spring board… Acts like Frivolous and Mathew Jonson bringing half their studio in and blowing our minds with their live mayhem. 
The Sidewalk shows, gave whiplash to many a neck. 
Techphonics gracing us with the likes of Dj Bold and Alex Smoke… 
Nighttime Drama repping Berghain like we were in the motherland! 
We were blessed to have the Album launches for some of our finest exports like HMC, The Carter Bros and Oisima. 
These selected highlights are just a snippet, there are many more! We have been privileged to have an amazing support of Artists and promoters around us and not least our loyal customers that come in week in week out!

So without further rant…. Our fifth birthday is going to be one to remember! 
We will be Joined by one of Australia's finest House Producer / Dj's Tornado Wallace! Known for his great journey sets, it seems perfect that he be the one help us celebrate this occasion.

For the second time in Adelaide, we're extremely excited to bring you LINKWOOD! After blowing everyone away at his last set down at the beautiful DragonFly, we couldnt pass up the opportunity to have him grace us again!

On the cusp of the release of his new album, Nick Moore (AKA Linkwood) will no doubt be packing a bag full of his latest work! 
For anyone unfamiliar with the Linkwood sound, its somewhere between Classic House, Techno, Disco, Analogue Boogie, Dub and Soul.... Easily categorised! His debut album 'System' on Trus'me's Prime Numbers, was an underground sensation, giving us a triple pack of 10 versatile dancefloor bangers! 
Those that have been lucky enough to hear a Linkwood Dj set will attest to his uncanny ability to move between moods and genres with ease.

For our first label party this year we're welcoming two lads into the family. Sleep D, haling from across the border have been pumping out some great music in recent times and running some very swift warehouse shindigs. Added to that they run 'Butter Sessions', a blog dedicated to pushing the beautiful electronic music we love. Very excited to have them on board.

One of Cuckoo's favorite house producers heads to Australia for the first time! 

Soulphiction (Michel Baumann) runs one of the most consistent, underground record labels around - Philpot / Phil e. The music touches on a mixture of, Deep Techno and Moody House with a sprinkling of acid. Think of a classic Chicago acid house record, melted down and poured into a bowl of deep Berlin Techno, add a touch of Jazz and Soul and your starting to get the flavor. 

We strongly recommend if you haven't heard of this man, YOU NEED TO GET ACQUAINTED!!
